Nothing gets you closer to your goals then clearly keeping them in front of you! Each month I pick three or four things to focus on and I write them on an index card. I review the card every morning and throughout the day. It helps me remember where to spend my time! Sometimes I also include rewards I am working towards and inspirational quotes to help me stay focused!

I keep a list of my goals on the back of a pretty card, which lives in my diary. When I reach each goal, I tick it off and enter the date achieved. My list goes everywhere with me and is a constant reminder of my journey. I have another card containing Suze Orman's 8 Qualities of a Wealthy Woman, but that's a story for another day!
I created little business size cards with goals of "What I want" to look at when I feel down. Goals include: I want to go biking for fun and not be tired - I want to shop in a normal department. Each time I feel like cheating on myself I look at the cards.
I've always used my credit cards like debit cards. If I don't have the money, I don't charge it. Credit cards have other benefits such as cash back and extra protection, but they don't have to be used to rack up debt. Doing this has kept me free of credit card debt.
