I tend to be a glass half full kind of person. When a situation arises that I am not happy about, I ask myself if there is something I can do to change it. If there is, then I take action. If there is not, then I move on and be happy that it is over.

I always have a glass half full attitude (as opposed to a glass half empty). Negative thoughts sap so much energy from me. I prefer to be positive even when things aren't going the way I would like. Life is full of ups and downs. I need to be resilient ... thus the glass half full.
