No one is perfect. If you force yourself to being perfect I believe you will relapse harder. When you relapse your attitude may be... I screwed up today, might as well finish it up and start back tomorrow. This may also cause you to beat yourself up. Stay positive no matter what you do.

I've decided to not beat myself up or feel guilty for every little thing. I know what I need to do and I'm doing it. If the scale goes up a little, it's ok. I know what to do to get back on track. Feeling bad about myself will never help. I'm taking it one day at a time.
