My students in the afterschool program were getting tired of the same old activities at physical activity time so I got out my beginner tai chi dvd and had them do it. They were amazed when they realized we exercised for 30 minutes. The amazing thing is each day they ask to do it again.

I have really stayed focus on this journey since I started Tai Chi. Now when I get a craving, I do tai chi for ten minutes before I react to the craving. Not only do I feel better, most times I am past the craving and don't need it.306
