Think you have no time to exercise? Use those minutes you spend just standing. Sometimes when there is a minute left on the timer when I am cooking something, I'll use that minute to do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.
Taking advantage of those idle moments can add up to some time that you are moving.

No one likes to think of their own end, but it is inevitable. I often hear people talk about how they are too busy to do the things they'd like to do. Remember a couple of things- 1) No one was ever on their deathbed wishing they spent more time at work or cleaning the house. 2) Never feel you are indispensable. Go to any graveyard, I would imagine that there are people there who thought the very same about themselves... yet, the world kept turning, society didn't collapse. Live, laugh, love.
Many culture don't look at death with dread, they are aware of it and live every moment as if it were their last.

Post a card listing the main advantages of having a healthy lifestyle. My lists includes reduce risk of chronic diseases, get rid of excess body fat, less aches and pains, eliminate and/or control cravings. Read the reasons every day, especially during those "crisis" moments.
