Think you have no time to exercise? Use those minutes you spend just standing. Sometimes when there is a minute left on the timer when I am cooking something, I'll use that minute to do jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.

Taking advantage of those idle moments can add up to some time that you are moving.

    Great idea. I spend a lot of time standing or sitting. Imagine being in a grocery lineup where everyone is dancing:)

    It dawned on me several weeks back that I could walk/jog in place while fixing my hair for the day. In the last month I have walked/jogged (mostly jogged) in place for no less than 15 minutes, 5 days a week. That adds up quickly! At the end of each stage (4 stages) in my daily hair routine I also do 15 arm reps.

End result per month: 300 minutes walking/jogging and 1,200 arm reps.

    Great idea! I use the same theory when brushing my teeth! I'm sure I look very odd marching around while scrubbing away, but I get some extra steps in that way!
