Rewarding me for walking or not buying candy at the drugstore or not making cookies or brownies. Really helps me stay on track! So when I deserve a reward I try to stick to non-food treats, but on occasionly I need sustanence!
I get out a big wine goblet. Then in a container that will hold three cups add one box of sugar free jello and two cups of cold water. Mix until dissolved. Then I try to sip it slowly in a special goblet!
