Get a little tiny bit more strength training in each day by doing leg lifts while you brush your teeth. Do 10 reps for each of the 12 sides of your teeth (inside top left, inside top middle, inside top right, outside top left, outside top middle, outside top right....same on bottom)! Then you have done 120 more leg lifts for the day--2 more minutes exercise AND THE ADDED BONUS: you really worked on cleaning your teeth properly!! 334
I keep my closet organized by grouping items together such as tops, dresses, slacks, etc. Then I group into colors - all white tops together, all black tops, etc. Then in each of those groups, all sleeveless tops first, then short sleeve tops , then long sleeve tops, etc.
With dresses, first sleeveless ones, then long sleeve ones, then evening gowns & then I put them into the appropriate colors groups. That way I can find whatever I need very quickly which is important to me.
You can make a fake banana split by taking 1/2 banana and topping it with 3 tablespoons frozen lite cool whip. Top this with SF strawberry topping, SF chocolate syrup and SF pineapple topping. You can also put a cherry on top. Change this combination to your liking.
This is good and a lot less calories than a real banana split. Helps with my cravings since during hot weather I crave banana splits.
