Don'T Count The Exercise That Is Too Easy!

When I get stronger, I no longer count as exercise things that are easy for me. For instance, I can do Zumba for 60 minutes now and only 30 minutes of that is raising my heartbeat. I count only 30 minutes. I do a lot of garden work this time of year, but I only count the amount of time that was difficult. This makes sure that not too much credit is given me.

  • I count it all because we even burn calories when we are at rest. When our workouts are over, we continue to burn calories. Science isn't exactly sure how long or which workouts but I know after I finish doing step aerobics or kickboxing, I can still feel the burn an hour later. So don't sell yourself short... - by BABY_GIRL69
