When I get stronger, I no longer count as exercise things that are easy for me. For instance, I can do Zumba for 60 minutes now and only 30 minutes of that is raising my heartbeat. I count only 30 minutes. I do a lot of garden work this time of year, but I only count the amount of time that was difficult. This makes sure that not too much credit is given me.

On days when I don't feel like exercising, it helps to know that someone is counting on me to be there.
