    Have been doing Nordic walking for quite a few years now. I hate walking without my poles. I love it and preach about Nordic walking any chance I get. I'm more than a fan.

    Just started this week, got economy poles for a trail walk, i will say Nordic walking for one hour has bettered my 30 min run. Highly recommend Nordic Walking to any one who want's a little extra.

    Have used my exerstrider poles, now for over 10 years. Hard to walk without them now!
