    Have been doing Nordic walking for quite a few years now. I hate walking without my poles. I love it and preach about Nordic walking any chance I get. I'm more than a fan.

    Just started this week, got economy poles for a trail walk, i will say Nordic walking for one hour has bettered my 30 min run. Highly recommend Nordic Walking to any one who want's a little extra.

    I should really get a pair and start using them. They say they are an excellent addition to any walking program. Have to put them on my list. Thanks for the great tip.

    Have used my exerstrider poles, now for over 10 years. Hard to walk without them now!
