It is really easy to feel defeated or to beat up on yourself when you go off your plan--but it is important to notice all of the things you did well around that one issue. We have learned to drink water, be active, cook foods more healthy, avoid trigger foods and fast food, be more active, etc...
When you think about how far you've come and what you have learned and made into a habit, it should help you to shake off the negative feelings from a slip-up and stick with your program! You can do it and have shown your growth in so many ways! Good for you!!
