Going Slow

This Sparked Me!

I have started my routine out slowly and then add to it when I start feeling that I am able to do it comfortably. I also take the stairs at work and add that to my daily activity.

I think you have made a great point. Start out slowly--but then add to what you are doing. I spent a month walking the stairs to the first floor of our building. Then, taking the elevator to the fourth floor. It is time to add a level and take the stairs to the second floor!!

Some times we tend to overdo things when we first get started and then get bored as easily!

The best compliment I rec'd this am from my hubby was "I am so proud of you!" huh I replied ..he said you are so dedicated to this now and I don't know if I could ever do that... emoticon
