If you find yourself hanging on to the cardio machines at the gym for dear life, turn the machine down a bit and LET GO! Don't let the machine help you along the way. You will burn more calories going slower by yourself than faster, using the bars for support.

I often got frustrated that I did not reach my exercise goals. Recently I have been setting a time goal and an alternate distance goal. Like I want to run 5k at my average speed, or run 7k at any speed. Then if I am going slow I have motivation to finish early. And if I don't stay at pace it is okay too. I know that I am building strength for future runs.
I want to encourage you to keep on sparking my friend's, stay focused, you can do it... Take 1 day at a time, don't look back, go slow, remember, baby steps get results, keep your eyes on the finishing line and before you know it you will meet your goals! 224306
