A few weeks ago I noticed my son getting up early to exercise before school. He was doing push ups, chin ups, triceps and hanging leg lifts. I was impressed and told him so and that I need to start doing that myself. Then I heard the wonderful question "Mom, you want to get up early and work out with me?". On MWF I get up with my son to do push ups, chin ups, triceps, hanging leg lifts and free weights. It is paying off and I get to spend quality time with my son. Life is Good!

We set our meal plan for the week on Sunday and I go to the store. My 14 year old daughter browned 3 lbs of lean ground beef for the week of cooking, and my 10 year old son and I did some chopping and garlic peeling as well as making a 16 oz. bag of brown rice to put in the fridge for the week. We remember we need chicken, so tonight I baked and shredded 2 breasts for 2 recipes this week. SUPPER IS PREPARED QUICK NOW!244
I have 2 sons who regularly swim, my 14 year old 15 hours per week, usually I just sat next to the pool watching, until one day I jumped in to swim a few lenghth. My sons somment was ' mum that's pretty cool, much better than sitting on the pool side watching me, I'm so proud of you!
