No less than 6 meals a day=an energized and healthy body.
Have many tiny snacks on hand=saving money
Plates w/sections on them=clean food.
Colorful food=happiness when you eat it
Fresh Food=Full of healthiness
Nuts=fullnessr>Lean meat n Cheese=No Mayo
baggies/resealable containers=easier to hold and saves money
These are just a few tips on how I past my plateau with eatin' so the weight is leaving now.
