Keep doing a little bit every day. Even if you're tired and sore, a bit of stretching would make you feel good! These little bits add up eventually! If you're really dreading that cardio, why not keep at it for 20 minutes anyway? If you still don't feel up to it, stop, but at least you got those 20 minutes in.

Don't eat the samples unless you count the calories!
If you're in the supermarket at a certain time, you'll see little trays of sample foods in the store. Don't taste them unless you are willing to log what you ate and count the calories. Remember: Every Little Bite Counts!
Weight Watchers refers to such nibbling as BLTs: Bites, Licks, and Tastes. And it all contains calories. (BOO! HISS!) Knowing all of what you have eaten will help you to adjust your day to be as healthy as possible.
My dogs love a bite of people food with their dinner. So each night I save a bite or two of my portion to share with them. Although its small, it still saves me a few more calories here and there. Every little bit counts. And my dogs are happy. We all win.
