Keep doing a little bit every day. Even if you're tired and sore, a bit of stretching would make you feel good! These little bits add up eventually! If you're really dreading that cardio, why not keep at it for 20 minutes anyway? If you still don't feel up to it, stop, but at least you got those 20 minutes in.
