Eating every two hours, as directed by my physician, stablizes my blood sugar levels.
A great snack for combating cravings, uping my protein and fiber intake is two Metamucil cookies spread w 1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter on each cookie. & 8 oz water
Cookies come in apple and cinnamon flavor. Fiber aids w constipation I get because of prescribed iron pills. Protein helps with energy levels. Even my grand kids love this snack. (watch intake for kids and adults is different.)

I take a Equate fiber pill daily which I buy at Walmart...helps keep my blood sugar level. Add a fiber supplement to your diet and see the difference.
