Today I spent time with one of my dear friends and we have known each other 30 years. She offered to have me stay with her when I have my biopsy but I have my 2 dogs to take care of. Friends are there to help one another and that's what my friends and I do. Cherish your friends and always let them know how much you value them. Just like our friends on Spark people they are worth a million, and i cherish each one of them.

If you are invited to a friend's house for dinner, but don't want to go off target, offer to bring dinner cooked and they can do the washing up! It allows me to spend time in friend's homes easier without going off track!
