    I do the same, also sit up straight, relax my shoulders down and squeeze them back. Thanks for the reminder. One more - sit up straight in my chair, feet flat on the floor. Crazy, but it keeps me from slouching which comes when I cross my legs. emoticon

    I do the same with my facial / chin muscles.......when no one is looking....don't want saggy jowls when I reach my goal......

    Used to do that, so will have to remember. Also need to remember to do what I used to do on my 1.5 walks to/from work: hold in my stomach for a certain stretch before relaxing & repeating. Thanks to you both for the reminders! emoticon
