Bad day? Blow your calories? No problem. You can push the reset button anytime. If I've gone off track, whether it's for a month or a meal, I literally stop, take a moment to breathe deeply, and imagine myself pushing a giant RESET button. The image lets me release what I've done and move forward.

When you make the decision to push the reset button, either join a team with challenges, or find a spark buddy who will hold you accountable. You could blog about looking for someone for healthy competition and set some goals and some reward. Soon you'll be creating streaks and the momentum to go!
After having no success with the local store's odometer, I tried the one at the SparkStore. So far it's working just fine. I put it in my pocket and the reset button was getting pushed. So, I wear it on my hip, and all is fine.
I have an imaginary restart button in my head that I push for a fresh start after any slip ups or mistakes I make. It's refreshing and has been so very helpful in breaking the negative cycle of feeling guilty and then out of guilt, making even more poor choices. Stop beating yourself up! We all make mistakes!
