Foods that contain salt & sugar can cause the body to retain fluids. Natural ways to get rid of excess fluids are to consume Green Tea, Diet Cranberry Juice, watermelon, cucumber, artichokes, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, radishes, garlic, and lemon juice. Lack of B vitamins can also make you retain fluids or make you feel like the Pillsbury Dough Boy!!
