  • try the jillian michals 6 pack in 6 weeks! its hard for sure, but you feel accomplished.. sometimes instead of just doing the dvd i start with a mile or two walk/jog and do half of the dvd workout which is 18 minutes! kicks your butt without leaving you exhausted for the rest of your day! emoticon - by DMGOLDEN
