Or how about grilled Brocolli w/lemon, or Zucchini, squash, asparagus, peppers, or mushrooms drizzled w/olive oil..make Vegetable Kebabs~marinate oil and vinegar mixture for 15 minutes, then grill for 12 minutes. Grilled chicken, no bun veggies on the side with a side of salsa4
I bartend a few nights a week so when I have to eat bar food I just have our cook grill me up a grilled chicken breast (no butter or anything during grilling) with no bun and add salsa or the buffalo sauce that they use on the wings. Everything I have looked up says it is under 200 calories.
I've learned that preparing my food ahead of time makes dieting and transitioning into a lifestyle change easier. If I want to grill chicken for dinner the day after, I defrost and season at night. That way it's ready to grill tomorrow (george Foreman or outside grill).
