Sometimes when I ht plateau its because I'm not eating enough or eating the same things and exercising the same. My body adjusts quickly....so I have to change it up. DIfferent calories (sometimes a higher calorie day followed by a lower calorie day) or different exercises. Gotta keep my body guessing!!!!

  • I spent 3 months trying to break a plateau and even longer for the last 2 pounds. Finally after changing my excerise routine I made it. The " Changin it up " was accurate and worth the read.
