    My favorite exercises had to change, due to a skiing injury. So, now I am walking and doing Coach Nicole's seated videos. And I like them.

    I totally agree with this, but for a lot of folks it's hard to find ANY exercise you love!

In my own experience, the music I listen to helps me a LOT - I try to find a piece of music or a particular band that I love listening to and then, I can focus on my enjoyment of that piece of music while I am doing that one-legged squat I HATE (or whatever your own personal exercise nemesis may be!)

    I never thought that I would like running. Always had and excuse not to. I started and I love it!!
