Also I make sure to stay hidrated during work outs so I get through then happily not wearily

  • True but alot of people think its their food intake. I told someone to really lose weight that should be more aerobic 4-5x per week for 45mins. I lost a load just by doing step aerobics 60 6x a week. It just take focus & keeping hydrated helps too. - by BABY_GIRL69
