I posted a blog this morning after floundering for too long. I shared honestly where I am and what I need to do to get back on track. The support I've received is heartwarming. The freedom of being honest with myself and sharing that is an unexpected bonus.
It's ok to admit defeat and reaching out to your Sparkfriends will definitely help!
When I work out, I give it ALL I've got, til I'm 'empty'. I am now learning that it's ok to just 'REST'. When your body has done all it can do, it's ok to rest for a day, or two. Then get right back at it! I've found that after a 2 day resting period, I am stronger and can do more!
It's ok to feel a little hungry, a Dr. told me in 1959. That may be ok to eat healthy and be a little hungry. I read on Dr. Oz something about being 80% full, I think. Check out that data and feel proud you eat well but less.
