Make a list of 10-20 questions you think your spouse should know about you and put the answers too so neither of you can cheat later. Have them do the same. Take turns asking each other the questions one at a time...
For every answer one of you gets wrong, the other person gets to pick an exercise you have to do 10 times. But for every answer one of you gets right, they get to pick an "affectionate" thing to do If you play your cards right, it may even lead to the most fun exercise of all!

Like most workout clothes, mine are form fitting. While it's great for movement, not so much for my self-esteem.
I went out a couple weeks ago and bought myself a new shirt and capris pants. While the pants are still form fitting, the top is loose and I feel better about myself when I'm jumping around my house to Zumba! I look good in the mirror before the workout and that gives me an extra boost to do better in my workout!
I schedule my workouts on my blackberry with a reminder to pop up a couple hours before. It's a good reminder to make my workout a priority. 56
This really works because I like to workout at the end of my work day and some days I hit that 3pm wall and start talking myself out of my run - then that reminder pops up and I think, it's only 35 mins. get it done.
