Wall Pushups

Every time I take a bathroom break at work I do 20 pushups against the wall. I either stand vertical to the wall or, if I'm in a stall indicated for the disabled, I go at a 45-degree angle using the pole attached to the wall. Throughout the day you can get in 100 to 120 good pushups and your arms will definitely feel it the next day!

    My favorite office exercise is while sitting is straight back, don't hold on to arm rest, lift both knees and hold to count of 3 or longer, Repeat when you can. Great for the tummy!!

    I do sets of 10 leg kicks when I am alone in the office. I use the file cabinet to brace me, then kick my legs and get my circuation going!

    I do this, too! I also do wall pushups while I am waiting for my print jobs to finish in the copy room. I also take the long way back to my desk around the building after I go to the restroom - helps clear my mind for the next task and adds 500 steps. Every minute helps!

    I know!!! I would do wall pushups, kickbacks and jumping jacks in the restroom at work when no one was in there with me. emoticon

    Love it. I do the same thing. Even after I've done my work out and showered I can still do some wall push ups and not have to worry about having to shower again afterwards.

    I've been doing this for the last couple of months. I do (3) sets of 20--shoulder width, wide and close. Totally feel it in my triceps and pecs!

    I do wall pushups along with a few yoga poses like the half moon and sun salutation in the shower. It feels so good with the warm water hitting you in the back and it really wakes me up and gets the blood flowing. That's where I'm heafing right now.

    I do the same thing and you'd be surprised how many you can get in and it only takes a few extra minutes. I can tell the difference.
