I like to pre make batch food and put them in to containers.. some for now and some for later. This way when my family is eating something I cant, or I need a quick meal rather than grabbing something high in fat and callories. I grab one of my pre-made portioned meals!

Don't feel like cooking? With a hectic schedule it can get tough. Instead of heading for the nearest drive-thru, try a healthy meal from the freezer. There are tons of pre-made meals in your Grocer's freezer. These are great for those tired days or nights. No counting - calories are on the box.
It takes almost the whole day, but on Sunday I plan my meals for the week, do the shopping, and pre-make everything that I can. Most days consist of popping a pre-made (and HOMEMADE) meal in the microwave! Saves time, guessing and frustration later in the week!
