I work just a little over a mile so I have started packing my work clothes, make-up and lunch and walk to work. Its a great way to start the day and I still get there in time and get ready for work. I also walk at lunch around the block and get another 2 miles. By the time of my work day I have walked over 4 miles in a day.

I have tried so hard to loss weight and have failed miserably. Walking is the key to losing weight so I am going to start walking everyday even if it does hurt but I want this so badly. So lets all walk for a healthier life style and we will be successful.
I am going to try and walk 2 miles a day then increase it to 3 miles each week.
Don't get bogged down in how much everyone around you is doing. If you walked half a mile yesterday, and three-quarters of a mile today, that is awesome! Who cares if your friends are walking two miles a day; you are going at your own pace, and you are doing great! Just concentrate on improving YOURSELF a little at a time and don't worry about anyone else!306
