Romaine lettuce leaves are a Great replacement for high fat/high calorie taco shells. They're crunchy, low calorie, and always on hand in my house. Just fill with fresh salsa & your favorite meat: carne asada, chicken fajita, or ground turkey w/ taco seasonings...

(hope some else hasn't already posted this but I really wanted to share my favorite low cal/low carb swap)

    I tried this out for lunch today and had the Romaine lettuce with chicken, black beans and salsa. Yum!! Wonderful idea.
