What's the worst thing about being obese or overweight?
I think for the worst thing about excess weight is becoming pre-diabetic, and realizing all the complications weight does to oneself. High Triglycerides( fat in the blood) Possible srtoke or heart attack, vision complications, kidney and liver complications, gum disease and a host of other problems. I have changed my life for good and will lose weight...I'm down 46lbs in 8 months. Even though I am pre-diabetic I live and eat like I have diabetes.
Wish I knew more about how foods can heal at an earlier age.
Physically, your body was created and provided with a healing system. The problem is we keep it busy putting out fires and do not give it the opportunity to do what it was intended to do....Heal you. Spiritually, God has provided the Word to heal the soul, but we do not get into the Word daily
