I discovered that warming a few tablespoons of olive oil and adding a handful of epsom salts makes a great massage treat. Combine and rub gently will not only slough off the dead skin, but you get the added benefit of softer hands. Rinse after treatment. For added bene, put on a pair of cotton socks on your feet and let the olive oil continue to soak in.

I did NOT buy the foot scrubber AS SEEN ON TV ...BUT I found something similar at Bed, Bath and Beyond made by Earth Therapeutics and I LOVE it! It suction cups onto the shower floor and gives your feet a great massage. I squirt a bit of scented body wash on it and pamper my feet!
I have Fibromyalgia and have found that if I massage my feet prior to walking or biking,(or any activity for that matter) I seem to feel more energetic and can actually exercise longer and with less pain.104
