have you ever gobbled down a meal and realised at the end you barely tasted your food??
CHEW! try chewing each mouthful for 20-30 seconds swallow then repeat.... you will eat slower and recognise you are full sooner therefore eating less! emoticon

    hi, i already eat really slowly, im usually the last to finish and have the least amount of food on their plate, if i eat any slower i would need to eat/chew most of the day???? so why am i still over weight? i stick to my diet and exercise plan really well but i do have an under active thyroid and pcos poor me just have to try harder eh?
