I've re-focused my weight loss efforts through choosing foods that truly fuel my body. While I can plan for treats, they're so often empty calories that add nothing to my health. Nutritious foods are generally higher volume foods too which helps me with staying full for longer.

    I also find that when I get off the bandwagon of junk food I start to feel better when I make better choices and it gets easier and easier!
