It has been a while that I could not do my 10,000 steps but I am back and also doing my exercises. Yesterday 11,527 steps and Thursday 6470, Wednesday 10,918. I've started walking my miles too and I am up to 4.73 so you can't stop me now. The last 2 weeks I have been working up to this and now I am here to stay. Not being able to walk or exercise was bad news. I did the setting exercises but that is not moving. Have to move and have the sun on my face. Smile stay happy.
