put on your mp3, some dance music (i like 90s booty music), close all of my curtains (cause i dont want to get embarrassed) and i clean and dance my booty to a smaller size!! my kids think i am hilarious and dance too!! we work up a sweat and get a nce clean house at the same time.....sorta like burning double calories!!

Dance while you do housework (put on music with a beat and use your broom, vacuum, dishtowel, dust rag for a microphone and add SINGING to the routine). It burns more calories, adds to your exercise minutes and makes the chores FUN!
No special music needed...just turn on a CD or a radio station you like, and shake your booty.
In the wintertime, I cook a quiche every Sunday night to last me through the work week. It's quick and easy and you can create different combinations so you don't get bored! It really helps me not skip breakfast, or even worse, over-eat and feel sluggish the rest of the morning.
