Increasing fluids helped me get back to shedding lbs.

MORE INFORMATION:
By increasing my water/intake I drink on average 120 oz of water/ice tea a day. I find it hard to drink plain water, so I make ice tea and always have it made and on hand. Lipton cold brew is the easiest to use and comes in caffeinated & decaffeinated.

    You know, my job is very limiting for bathroom breaks, so I am always slightly dehydrated. I'm off next week, and will definitely up the fluids.
