Increasing fluids helped me get back to shedding lbs.
By increasing my water/intake I drink on average 120 oz of water/ice tea a day. I find it hard to drink plain water, so I make ice tea and always have it made and on hand. Lipton cold brew is the easiest to use and comes in caffeinated & decaffeinated.

Natural ways to get rid of excess fluids are to consume Green Tea, Diet Cranberry Juice, watermelon, cucumber, artichokes, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, radishes, garlic, and lemon juice.
