Vinegar does help digestion and slow sugar absorbtion. it also helps manage cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Make a vinegar-based coleslaw, salad, bean salad, a splash on any kind of cooked beans. Use a splash of red wine vinegar on veggies, use balsamic vinegar to sweetnen strawberries or other fruits that you would normally sweeten. It's low in calories too! Go ahead try it!

apple cider vinegar rocks.......it tastes good all alone....i drink cap full shots several times a day,and my blood glucose levels have improved considerably...i also use kraft light raspberry vinaigrette, but i cut it in half with the vinegar, and add some splenda to sweeten...so good on salad, i catch myself wanting only salad, all the time.
this is a good thing coming from a person who once ate everything bad,and fattening....those days are gone for ever, and i have lost 32 lbs, in since late february of this year....37 more to go.......rock on vinegar..... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon - by LEFTHANDLUKE
