Most people think it's bad for you, but here's what it does: It forces you to think ahead of time what you will eat, and then pack it and take it with you. You can't change your mind for something less healthy, you can't go back to the fridge for "just one more" and you're limited to finger foods,
like cold meat strips, cheese sticks, small crackers, veggie strips and small fruits, like berries.

This week I stuck to my goals. No Diet Coke or Fast Food. I also did not eat in the car. I went to the doctor at the first of the week. She said I had high blood pressure, then another doctor said something about skin cancer under my eye!
so my secret is go to the doctor! They scared me into eating right.
I mix wheat chex type cereal, peanuts and berries (usually blueberries) together for a healthy, protein filled "finger" breakfast I can eat in the car on the way to work in the morning. What I don't finish there I finish on break.
I never have time for breakfast because I leave at 5AM, but the 45 minute drive gives me time to snack on the mixture, and you can do it while keeping your attention on the road. Add a juice and you have a pretty well balanced meal.
