All kinds of stressful situations can cause your blood sugar levels to rise. Be physically active, move your body through a wide range of motion such as stretching, circling, & shaking your limbs. Walking, using the stairs, moving around, swimming, dancing or even biking. Once you incorporate physical activity as part of your routine, you’ll wonder how you ever did without it. You'll have more energy & your clothes will fit better. People with diabetes should get up every 20 minutes!
