One of my secrets to success is that I change my negative thoughts by using voice affirmations. What I do is record my affirmations on my smart phone or hand held recorder. I plug in my ear phones and listen to them when I start to notice my inner thoughts are negative. I make these recordings after I have had some sort of epiphany about myself and am alone to think it out and record. These affirmations change my thoughts to what I want them to be!

removing negative thoughts and replacing them with positive messages and encouragement have led to my getting back on track.
I had a few o life's bumps which I allowed to slowly keep me from doing the things I know would keep me on track. This led to me heading in a downward spiral of negative thoughts and self-loathing. Until I realized I had the power all along to stay in control and make the correct choices.
