To break the cycle of getting to bed later and later into the night and awaking late in the morning. I found that taking Melatonin and Valerian (all natural supplements found in most drug and health food stores), helps get to sleep earlier in the night and deepens the quality of sleep. emoticon

  • I've tried the melatonin, but it doesn't always work on me. The next day also start off being a little slow moving with a slight headache. Don't know if its from the melatonin or not - by SKINNYSLO
