Secrets of Success





We've all heard we should box up 1/2 of our restaurant dinner beforehand, but if you slice your meat "fillet style" instead of down the middle it will seem like the whole thing is still on your plate.

More Information:

I'm very visual; seeing the "whole" steak on my plate makes me less likely to feel deprived. We eat out ALL THE TIME but I've learned to work with that successfully.
