In the beginning a few years ago,I had a doctor I dealt with regularly and a counselor also.I went to the GNC or a Vitamin Shoppe and did some research like they told me too.I found that chromium plus cinnamon helps you naturally maintain healthy weight and sugar levels.I also began taking a woman's ultra mega for energy and bone plus breast health , as with all overweight people that is an issue. 381
I also love soy protein bars or shakes for a lean look.
I'm usually very leery of anything I've seen over-hyped on TV, but I picked up some of these up anyway because I thought they'd be nice for my purse for an emergency hunger situation. I was pleasantly surprised with the Red Raspberry's taste and it did leave me feeling satisfied!
I picked mine up at my supermarket, I've also seen the 2 Go packs at Sports Authority, Target, GNC and Vitamin World.
I am not a breakfast person, but am starving by lunchtime. So I wake up and drink my 2 cups of coffee. To keep my appetite under control until lunch, I make a GNC whey protein shake. It has 100 calories and obviously a good amount of protein (that I would otherwise miss). 224
