My key to success is to get up at 5 and have time to first pray. exercise and Spark. It sets my mood for the rest of the day.

    This is a great idea, except for getting up THAT early. But exercising and praying does give one focus and direction plus energy! emoticon

    I get up early...but my exercise regime is in the evenings... the mornings are for my reflection and "me" time to jump start my day.... ...... emoticon

    I agree the morning is the best time to workout before going to work. I am buzzing around all day. Unfortunately it doesn't work out like that most days.
