I have been reminded by SP that I am at a plateau. I agree with each of you about doing something different to shock your body. I've been in a rut doing the same old thing, I think.

More Information:

But, I do not sleep all that well. I have nightmares every night, and my mind is not at rest. I am wondering if that is it.

  • I forget that sleep changes everything. Thanks for the reminder! I've been getting 8 hrs of sleep this past week and I do feel much better and I've lost weight too. Everything has their consequence... - by MADMOMMIEJEM
