I have always had a crazy unrelenting sweet tooth. I have found that Fiber One Bars or Kelloggs fiber plus bars really help with this. They not only help with the sweeet tooth, but they add the much needed fiber to the diet also.306
I NEVER liked veggies. I learned that they like me. Eating more vegetables made me FEEL better - the weight loss was just icing on the cake. Veggies fill you up, give your body what it needs, fiber, vitamins. Eating less processed foods makes you feel lighter, less sluggish.
