If your like me getting 8 glasses in a day is hard, i always feel like water tastes bitter. So heres what i do: I add coconut extract (I love tropical flavors) but you could try others too! theres peppermint extract, Cherry extract, Almond extract etc. It revs up flavor and gives a bit of nutrients. Add a bit of splenda, truvia, agave etc and you have yourself a nice little treat!

    You don't need that much because extracts are very strong, i would say put a couple of drops in and taste test to see if its good or not. If you want it a little stronger just keep dripping!

    I always drink my water with Propel flavor packets. Adds some electrolytes and makes the water taste awesome! I drink from a 28oz water bottle though, so I'd recommend using half a packet for anything smaller, it's pretty strong. :)

    Hmm.. wonder how to get hold of extracts in Sweden, never heard of them. Would be really good
