When hubby leaves work for his 40 minute commute I leave the house for a brisk walk. I meet him somewhere up the road. Each day I try to go a little further than the last time. The bonus is, I can accurately track my milage using the car odometer.

when I have been sitting too long, or I feel the guilt urge to exercise, I just get up and get moving for 5 minutes. I have a backyard walking track so I dont have to get dressed up to walk the track for 5 minutes. When driving long distances, I stop every 2 hours at a rest area and set my phone for 5 minutes and walk the perimeter of the rest area. In both cases, 5 minutes easily turns into 10 and I have worked up a sweat!
